Jojoba beans contain an oil that is more accurately defined as a liquid wax ester (palmitoleic acid), unique in its chemical similarity to our skin's own sebum, a substance that retains moisture, promotes the health and elasticity of the skin, and helps alleviate dry skin conditions.
