Wine Bar & Lounge

Located in the Historic Hotel adjacent to the Artesian Restaurant is the Wine Bar & Lounge. The bar menu includes delicious homemade New Mexican pizzas with Asadero cheese, piñon pesto, and wild mushrooms. Enjoy juicy angus beef, buffalo and organic garden burgers served with sweet potato fries. Other unique offerings include green chile fries and Queso Fundido which is melted asadero and goat cheese with tortilla chips. Libations include a fine selection of local and imported wine and beer including Sterling Organic Sauvignon Blanc, Cakebread Chardonnay, Wild Horse & La Crema Pinot Noir plus agave wine margaritas. Beers include delicious New Mexican Monks Abbey Ale, Santa Fe Pale Ale, Santa Fe Pen Porter and Rio Grande Poncho Verde plus lots of familiar favorites. The wine bar is open seven days a week.

Take-out
While we do not offer room service, guests can order anything off of the Wine Bar and Restaurant Menus for take-out.

No Smoking Policy
Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in the large center parking lot only. No Smoking within 60 feet of any building.

Cell Phones
Cell phones are permitted inside guest rooms and parking lots only. As a courtesy to all of our guests, cell phone use is not permitted inside the restaurant, hotel lobby or portal, or any indoor or outdoor public area.
