For those looking for a bit more privacy, our two private homes are all equipped with full kitchens, baths and showers and satellite TV.

All lodging guests receive complimentary robes to use during their stay including use in the springs after check-out.

adobe house

Originally built in the early 1900s, the Adobe House has been lovingly restored to blend old world charm with the latest amenities. You’ll find saltillo tile floors, an open kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV, a large back deck overlooking the beautiful bosque, and four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kiva fireplace and large bath.

Casa de Ojo

Built in the 1930s, Casa de Ojo is a bit of Ojo’s history. Eclectically furnished, it is centrally located on the property with amenities including three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen, and living room with fireplace, satellite TV.

Sunday - Thursday: $399/night
Friday, Saturday & Holiday Periods: $469/night

Lodging rates include springs access every day during your visit to Ojo including prior to check-in on the day of arrival and after check-out on the day of departure. This represents a value of $144 for a one night's stay mid-week and $240 on weekends and holidays, based on four guests.

Rates for Private Homes are based on a minimum of four guests. Each additional guest is $50. Children: 2 years & under no charge.

No Smoking Policy
Ojo Caliente Mineral Springs Resort & Spa is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in the large center parking lot only. No Smoking within 60 feet of any building.

Complimentary wireless internet access is available in both private homes.
